Board of Directors

Ned M. Hunter (Founder, President, CEO, and Chairman) - Mr. Hunter has been the Chairman and CEO of the Stratizon Corporation since he co-founded the company in September of 2000. A successful business leader, Mr. Hunter has worked with industry leaders such as Baxter International, Maritz Inc., Rubbermaid Inc., and the Colgate-Palmolive Company. A 1981 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy with a B.S. in Engineering, Mr. Hunter served as a Navy P-3 pilot. William J. McInerny - Bill has enjoyed a career of successful entrepreneurial ventures at several software companies. With more than 15 years of hands-on experience, Bill knows well the challenges facing early stage software ventures and has overcome them. The knowledge gained from his experience in helping grow successful companies has served him well in his current position as Co-Founder and President of MarketingCentral, having helped guide the company from a struggling dot com to a profitable business which is now the leading provider of on-demand systems in the rapidly growing marketing resource management (MRM) market.

Prior to establishing MarketingCentral in 1998, Bill served as Vice President of Marketing for CAS Americas, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the largest CRM software provider for the CPG industry. Throughout his professional career Bill has held a variety of senior sales, marketing, and product management positions with companies such as Interactive Solutions (acquired by Omnicom and merged with Agency.com), Sirius Systems (acquired by Software Artistry and merged with Tivoli, an IBM company), as well as SNAP Software (acquired by Dun & Bradstreet and merged with Sales Technologies) and has managed the marketing and product management for four leading customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Steven Bachman - Mr. Bachman, CEO Partner at Hi Tech Partners, has worked with national and international technology companies for twenty-eight years to develop and execute growth strategies enhancing shareholder value. As founder, CEO, consultant or advisor, his efforts have resulted in the profitable sale of Marshal Software LLC, Apsylog, Kane Security Analyst, Opis, Automated Designed Systems and others to companies such as NetIQ, Peregrine, Intrusion, Saleslogix, Network Associates / McAfee and Launch Technologies. Mr. Bachman has also advised early stage ventures in their mergers into larger, pre-IPO strategic partners and in a variety of strategy, operations, and channel development roles. Mr. Bachman serves or has served on the Board of Directors of the Institute for Enterprise & Innovation, Wireless Technology Forum, SciTrek, the Technology Executive Roundtable, Technology Association of Georgia Southeastern Software Association, and American Jazz Venues.

William T. Coleman III - Mr. Coleman is Founder and CEO of Cassatt Corporation. Mr. Coleman has more than 30 years of high-technology industry experience focused in software development, and founded BEA, the fastest-growing software firm ever to exceed $1 billion in annual revenue. Mr. Coleman also founded Dest Systems, and held positions with Sun Microsystems, VisiCorp, and GTE Sylvania. He is a member of the Board of Directors for BEA Systems, Symantec Corporation and the Silicon Valley Manufacturers Group. Mr. Coleman received a B.S. in Computer Science from the U.S. Air Force Academy, M.S. degrees in Computer Science and Computer Engineering from Stanford University, and an honorary doctorate from the University of Colorado.

John Dillon - John Dillon joined Navis as Chief Executive Officer in April 2002. Prior to Navis, Dillon was the CEO for salesforce.com, the leading supplier of online CRM. Previously, Dillon was CEO for Arbor Software and Hyperion Solutions, both leading vendors of enterprise software for business reporting, analysis and planning. Mr. Dillon's professional history also includes management positions in sales and engineering for Oracle Corporation and EDS. Mr. Dillon holds a BS in Engineering from the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis and an MBA from Golden Gate University. He served on active duty in the United States Navy as an officer in the nuclear submarine service and retired as a commander.

Dr. John I. Foster III, MD - Dr. John Foster is the founder of Atlanta-based Dominion Orthopedics and served in the active and reserve components of the Navy for more than 30 years, attaining the rank of Captain in 1996.  His Navy service included duty on board U.S.S. Saratoga as a fighter pilot in VF-103, general medical officer on board U.S.S. Nimitz, and head of the Department of Orthopedics at the Naval Hospital in Newport, Rhode Island.  Dr. Foster earned his baccalaureate degree in aeronautical engineering from Purdue University, graduated from the University of Virginia Medical School, and is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the American College of Surgeons.

Dr. Robert K. Kazanjian - Dr. Kazanjian is the Professor of Organization and Management at the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University. Recently, he was a Visiting Professor at the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.  He has consulted in the areas of strategy, innovation, and organization with firms such as General Electric, The Home Depot, IBM, Westinghouse, Abbott Labs, Exxon, Lockheed-Martin, Ford, General Motors, and Singapore Airlines.  Dr. Kazanjian received his Ph.D. in Organization and Strategy from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Benn R. Konsynski - Dr. Konsynski is the George S. Craft Professor of Business Administration for Decision and Information Analysis at the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University. Dr. Konsynski specializes in inter-organizational systems, digital commerce, channel systems, electronic data interchange (EDI), electronic integration, information partnerships, and the electronic marketplace. Dr. Konsynski has a number of relationships with senior executives whom he counsels on strategic use of technologies. His research and consultation have influenced numerous companies in preparing for new markets and new channel interactions, including IBM, UPS, AT&T, Yahoo, Progressive, Northwestern Mutual, Bestfoods, and Harbinger. Dr. Konsynski received a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Purdue University.

Admiral Wesley L. McDonald - Admiral McDonald retired from active naval service as Supreme Allied Commander, Atlantic, and as the Commander-in-Chief of the U.S. Atlantic Command the Atlantic Fleet. Admiral McDonald's awards include the Defense Distinguished Service Medal, the Navy Distinguished Service Medal, the Legion of Merit, the Distinguished Flying Cross, the Air Medal, and awards from several European and South American nations. Admiral McDonald is a former Chairman of the Board of the National Aeronautic Association. Admiral McDonald currently consults for several major defense-oriented corporations and research firms, and is a member of the Military Advisory Board for the Business Executives for National Security (BENS) Tail-to-Tooth initiative and a Senior Fellow at the National Defense University. Admiral McDonald graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy and received an MA from The George Washington University.

Dr. Jagdish N. Sheth - Dr. Sheth is the Charles H. Kellstadt Professor of Marketing at the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University and founder and Director of the Center for Relationship Marketing at Emory University. Dr. Sheth is a globally recognized authority on marketing theory and strategy, having published more than 200 books and research papers in the areas of marketing theory, global competitive strategy, relationship marketing, and demographics. Dr. Sheth has been a distinguished professor at the Universities of Southern California, Illinois, Columbia University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Dr. Sheth actively consults to Fortune 100 clients such as AT&T, BellSouth, Ernst and Young and Philips. Dr. Sheth received a B.Com with honors from the University of Madras, and an MBA and a Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh.

Phil Matkovsky - Phil is the President of Macro Design Group (Macro DG), a firm that provides independent, discrete consulting services to public sector clients to stabilize large-scale technology initiatives.  Macro DG helps organizations improve the effectiveness of business and technology partnerships by increasing the accuracy of the business specification, prior to system development.  In select instances, Macro DG develops and deploys e-government systems that increase standardization of data within industry standard applications and architectures.

Dr. Jianbo Stancil - Responsible for the development and maintenance of the YVD Platform. Jianbo has extensive background in Unix and Windows applications and is a Sun Certified Programmer for Java 2 Platform. For six years prior to joining Stratizon, she led and participated in full software life cycle developments in the telecommunication, manufacturing, and insurance industries. Jianbo holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Physics from the University of Illinois and served as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Universities of Nevada and Illinois.

Andy Bowen - Mr. Bowen is an expert in government media and public relations specializing in strategic counsel and tactical execution of communications, media and brand management programs for commercial enterprises and state governments. He is a former member of the Georgia State Capitol Press Corps and served as a deputy commissioner and press secretary to former Georgia Secretary of State Max Cleland (former United States Senator and Administrator of the U.S. Veterans Administration). Mr. Bowen has extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of strategic media planning, media program execution, public affairs, government/constituent relations, crisis response planning and public affairs.

Mark Thomson (Secretary and Chief Information Officer) - Responsible for Stratizon's innovation strategy and corporate intellectual capital. Mark has 22 years of experience with large-scale IT consulting and implementations with BroadVision, Keane, and General Electric. He has dedicated twelve years to the management and successful delivery of custom and packaged software systems in the Healthcare, Non-Profit, Telecommunications, and Government industries. Mark received B.S. degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Georgia and completed The CIO Academy at the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University in 2002. James Dunn (Chief Financial Officer) - Responsible for Stratizon's financial capital and the management of the financial/accounting functions of the Company. Jim has 25 years of experience in financial and general management, in a variety of software and hi-tech companies. Specific experience in start-up and turnaround situations, with significant experience creating infrastructure in small companies and raising capital. Jim received his BA in Economics from Middlebury College in 1976 and his MBA in Finance from The Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania in 1979. Les Gable (Senior Vice President of Business Development) - Mr. Gable’s experience includes over 30 years in leadership and management positions with business development, marketing, and procurement with industry leaders Mobil Oil Corporation, MCI WorldCom, Bass Hotels & Resorts and Intercontinental Hotels (Holiday Inn). A 1970 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy with a BS in Engineering, Mr. Gable received his Masters Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of West Florida and served as a naval aviator. Lisa Meunier (Senior Vice President of Customer Development) - Retired Captain, USN, has had a variety of leadership and management tours in her 26-year career. In her position as Deputy for Reserve Manpower in the office of Chief of Navy Reserve, CAPT (ret) Meunier was the architect of the Navy’s active duty and reserve manpower systems consolidation that significantly increased efficiency and accountability. As head of manpower for the Naval Reserve from 2000-2004, she was the prime spokesperson for the Naval Reserve regarding manpower and personnel policies for mobilization of Reservists. In her final Navy tour, she was the head of Global Force Management (Manpower branch) at Fleet Forces Command in Norfolk, VA. CAPT (ret) Meunier retired in 2006 and now resides in Smithfield, VA with her husband, Francois. Her son, Army Reserve Specialist Alex Gutierrez, is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Bill Leighty (Senior Vice President of Business Development) - Mr. Leighty previously served as Chief of Staff by Governor Tim Kaine and Chief of Staff to Governor Mark Warner. He oversaw the day-to-day operations of the Governor’s Cabinet, Governor’s office, and state agencies. Mr. Leighty joined state government after completing a tour of duty with the United States Marine Corps in 1975. Bill graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a B.A. in Economics from Mary Washington College in 1978, and an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University in the same year. He has been appointed by both Republican and Democratic governors, serving as Director of the Virginia Retirement System, Deputy Commissioner of the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles, and Deputy Secretary of Transportation. He also was Assistant Director of the Governor’s Commission on Government Reform in 1994.
